Except for NOT, these functions compare the
corresponding bits of two values. The result is
displayed in the current number base.
Note: Although the TI-36X Solar does not display
leading zeros for integers, logical operations treat each
value as a 10-digit binary number. (A displayed value of
0, for example, is treated as 0000000000BIN, and a
displayed value of 1 is treated as 0000000001BIN.)
